Our ceremony begins promptly at 3:00 PM. There’s a short walk from the reception hall through the woods to the ceremony site. A gator or golf cart will be available for guests who need assistance up to the ceremony. Please arrive by 2:30 PM to allow time to park, follow the pathway, to the ceremony and find a seat. If you wish to skip the ceremony and join the reception that is perfectly fine. It should be short and sweet!

There are two hotels you can choose from that are offering a discounted rate. Details listed under Hotel/Travel Tab.

We plan to have transportation that brings guests to/from hotel location (two options provided) and Caribou Bay. We will update this with specific information as we get closer.

We love your little ones, but due to limited space our ceremony and reception are adults-only, except for children in the bridal party or immediate family. Thank you for understanding — we hope you can enjoy a night out with us!

We’d love to see dark-romantic cocktail attire or gothic-glam — think lace, velvet, leather, moody dresses, suits, witchy elegance or vampire-chic in deep, dark colors. Costumes are welcome, it is Halloween after all! Ultimately, please wear what makes you comfortable — we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Cocktail hour at Caribou Bay will offer an assortment of snacks and beverages after the ceremony. Soda, water, and coffee will also be provided. A cash bar will be available for beer, wine or mixed drinks. Dinner will be served buffet-style at a few different stations so guests can choose their options. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies we should plan around, please let us know in advance.

Neither of us were interested in the traditional registry. Your love, laughter and company at our wedding is all we need.
